We were so delighted when Madison’s mother Robin contacted us about photographing Madison’s bridal portraits. Madison and her new hubby had planned a fabulous beach wedding so they wanted a different approach for the formal portraits. I am lucky to be friends and college mates with Madison’s older and smokin’ hot sister Shannon (it had to be said) so the level of trust for our work was already high. We chose the Charlotte Museum of History for the setting as it incorporated so much of Madison’s personality. Robin wanted to include both of Madison’s sisters, Shannon and Chelsea, and herself in the portrait session. We had never had this request but I thought it was an incredibly sweet touch, not only to have their support on the day but also to mark the event with the importance of family. All of the Vaughan women are gorgeous and funny and were a sheer delight to photograph. The images below are just some of our favorites.
