Alexa & Glenn: Married Part 1 Hampton Hall Wedding Photographers

Alexa heard about our company through a friend of her family.  She contacted us only a couple of weeks after viewing her friend’s wedding images and was super excited about hiring us for their wedding!  We love when things happen that way, when you pick up the phone and hear the words, “I’d like to have you photograph my wedding!” So we also got excited and asked, “When are your getting married?” Alexa replied, “May 2012!”  It was April 2010.

Needless to say, EVERYONE involved with Alexa and Glenn’s wedding was super excited when their big day finally drew near!  They are an ADORABLE couple!  We are definitely smitten with Alexa and Glenn, and those who know me well know that I don’t use words like “swoon-worthy or smitten” in my vocabulary, but it fits!  I am so very excited to share some of our favorite images from their Bluffton, South Carolina wedding.  Hampton Hall is a gorgeous venue who provided wonderful service and scrumptious food.  Our experience working there was wonderful!

Amanda Spencer Special Events pulled everything together for Alexa and her family.  She is a super planner, kind of like a super hero who plans weddings.  Though much of the design was Alexa and Glenn’s DIY elbow grease, Amanda’s special charm was evident everywhere.

Alexa and Glenn decided on a first look. So we headed across the pond to a lovely old oak tree.   It was such a beautiful moment.

Their ceremony was sweet, especially when Alexa’s entire family stood up to give her away. We got misty!
